A Naturopath focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself using holistic, non-invasive approaches. Always focusing on finding the root cause, rather than masking symptoms. We believe in educating our clients and providing guidance and support through the healing process, bringing mind, body and spirit into balance. 

ZYTO is a device that uses a hand cradle to measure the body's Galvanic Skin Response to identify potential wellness imbalances. The system communicates with the body to gather information on various biomarkers within the body, then suggests supplements and other services or modalities that may help support the body in coming back into balance. 

We provide versatility, offering both in-person and remote visits with our clients. Regardless of what you choose, we create a safe place for clients to learn, heal, and grow in their lifestyle choices. We take pride in offering grace and guidance through your experience. We understand that every person is unique and requires a tailored approach. Each client will begin with a full blood panel that we will create into a personalized functional blood analysis based upon age and gender, a ZYTO scan, and full health history review. This combination provides us with a "big picture" of what is going on in your body. Approaches begin with lifestyle modifications, supplement and homeopathic recommendations, recommendations for other services or modalities, and further testing. Follow up appointments vary by person and what their body is going through, this can be anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months between appointments. Our most common product recommendations include anything available on FullScript, DesBio, or Rowe Casa Organics. Each client will have a FullScript account with their recommended supplements and our office can help you order DesBio. 

We work with both men and women. We also work with all ages, including infants and toddlers. 

You can choose to begin with a complimentary 15 minute consultation call to get to know your naturopath and their approach. You will then decide if you want to be remote or in-person for your initial visit. As an adult client, you will begin with a full blood panel and complete all consents and questionnaires. Under the age of 18, the parent will decide if the child will complete a blood panel, although it is not required, it is always helpful to have. If you spoke with your Naturopath and decided you want to discuss further test results at your initial visit, you will complete that testing as well. If you want to be remote, you will need to purchase a hand cradle to have at home. This in not compatible with apple products, so you will need to make sure you have a PC. 

No. Without a medical license to support ordering medications, we are unable to order prescription medications. We can still work with you if you are on medications. Sometimes it is necessary to to support the body naturally and have pharmaceutical options when needed.  

Without a medical license I cannot be listed as your primary care provider. You will need to keep your primary care doctor and specialist on your team. Each role serves their own purpose on your health journey.  

We do not accept health insurance. You are able to pay for visits and supplements using any debit or credit card, HSA(Health Savings Accounts) or FSA(Flex Spending Accounts). Some clients do attempt to submit receipts to insurance for reimbursement, while we can provide itemized receipts, we do not work with medical coding and cannot provide codes to insurance. You will need to get in touch with your insurance company to determine if the will accept the provided itemized receipts.
